Below are the steps to apply your child(ren) to our growing Wonderfully Made community!

STEP 1: Schedule a Tour!

Simply reach out to the main office by phone or email, and we will gladly set up a time to tour your family through our childcare center. This is a great way to get a feel for the space and share any questions you and your loved ones have.

STEP 2: Complete Online Application

Each family will submit an online application form. Simply click below to start yours.

STEP 3: Submit Forms

We require a few documents to complete your child's application. This includes a copy of birth certificate, a copy of child's IEP/504/support services (if applicable), and a completed Preschool Assessment form. A digital copy of the preschool assessment form can be found below. We ask that a parent completes one per child applicant.

STEP 4: Attend Family Meeting

The final step in the application process is to meet and connect with the Program Director so we can learn more about your little one. During this time, we will review your child's personality, learning style, areas of support, and answer any remaining questions you may have. We kindly ask that your child attends the family meeting as well.

All applicants will be placed into our wait pool until seats become available and enrollment decisions are made. Please note that there is a $25 application fee per family. The fee will ONLY be requested once families receive an official letter of enrollment from Wonderfully Made Childcare.
